Visuals and images for online learning
A selection of approved images is available for staff to use in online course material on the University’s Image Library, covering a range of topics including Art and Design, Business, Engineering, and more.
How to get started?
The use of these resources is via a simple approval process. To access and browse the images available for download:
- Visit the University of Leeds Image Library and sign in with your IT username and password
- Select ‘Digital Education Service’ in the ‘Browse Categories’ area and browse the subcategories to view the images
- Request permission to download your chosen image by selecting ‘add to Lightbox’ and providing mandatory details on how you will use the image
- Your image request will then be reviewed by the Communications team and made available for download in your Lightbox once approved, usually within 48 hours.
The image library is managed by the Communications team. Further guidance is available on the Comms website and by contacting the Communications Production team.
